    The Treat Wheel Medium not only promotes creativity but also your bird's coordination. Treats are inserted through a small hole inside the wheel. By cleverly turning (2x in one direction; 1x in the other direction) the treat gets back in front of the opening.
     
    Expert tip:
    In nature, parakeets and parrots travel a lot and have plenty of exercise and variety, especially when looking for food. In human care, this important circle of behavior is no longer necessary thanks to caring care. Therefore, regardless of the type of husbandry and type of accommodation, it is essential to provide other activities and distractions. Made from acrylic, a virtually indestructible and non-toxic carbon-polymer compound, Wagner's toy collection offers a durable alternative to the wooden toys beloved by parrots.     Sehr schöner Artikel

    Schöner Artikel toll anzusehen und die Grauen haben, nach kurzer Zeit,ihren Spaß.

    Gut verarbeitet und hübsch anzusehen

    Das Rad ist gut verarbeitet und sieht auch sehr wertig aus. Mir persönlich gefällt das Design sehr gut, gerade die bunten 'Hindernisse' im Inneren sind ein echter Hingucker.
    Es lässt sich leicht und flüssig drehen, bin gespannt darauf wie schnell die Vögel den Dreh damit raushaben.
    Das einzige Manko ist, dass man es z.B. zur Reinigung nicht öffnen kann.

    Es ist deutlich größer als es auf dem Produktfoto wirkt - trotz Größenangaben in der Beschreibung war ich leicht überrascht davon, 15cm im Durchmesser sind mehr als man denkt.

    Spielspaß für kurze Zeit

    Das Rad drehte sich anfangs ohne Probleme und meine zwei Rosakakadus hatten riesigen Spaß dabei, sich Maiskörner & Sonnenblumen Kerne zu erarbeiten. Leider kann man das Rad zum Reinigen nicht auseinander bauen und wenn man es ausspült dauert es eine Weile bis das Rad von innen vollständig getrocknet ist. Außerdem ging es mit der Zeit schwieriger zu drehen, sodass die Kakadus die Lust daran verloren haben.
